A credit card is suing me for an old debt. They are taking me to county court.

Is there a good manual, or website, to county/civil court? Something very detailed, very specific; that states this is what is happening, this is what is going to happen, this is what you need to do and this is what you need to prepare for.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
