My previous landlord is keeping most of my security deposity to clean or replace items in the furnished room that I rented. These charges are unfound and I believe that she is charging me for "reconditional charges" which are illegal in CA. I am trying to find the section in the California law where this is stated. Does anyone know where this is or where I can find this section.

Thanks!
Hilary
