Recorded libel/slander against name by USA top astrologist

I have a recording between fiancé and a top name renown astrologist...

I have proof and witnesses that recording is slanderous and defamation of my character.

In short my girlfriend fiancé believes in astrology she paid approx $300 for 15 mins astrologist (recorded) then named me and said do not marry this man, he is sneaky disloyal, controlling my girlfriend then states are you sure I really control him and he is definitely loyal etc etc the astrologist goes on to say emm it appears like that now but later when you are married he will control you and keep you prisoner, he also has a hidden angry temper... Astrologist went on and on bringing me down which ended up with girlfriend/fiancé becoming so paranoid she broke everything of with me...

The whole session was recorded

Boo Hoo you may say my question here is not do you have a shoulder but do I have a case for defamation of character?

I not only have ex girlfriends and friends that will come forward but there is also a police record of an ex girlfriend that was arrested a few times for battery on me over a 9 year period, this girl is actually willing to come forward and state that I am none of the things mentioned by astrologist in fact I am the opposite.

I have never been disloyal to anyone and can prove it with a string of witnesses
In regards to control I am a firm believer in not owning someone in fact the original personal advert in which I met my girlfriend states I am easy going, never jealous and do not want anyone that is controlling as I do not believe anyone should own anyone.
I can prove with many witnesses including an x-girlfriend of 9 years that every part of the recorded statements by the astrologist were false.

This recording caused me to lose money, time and a person I was supposed to be married to by now my girlfriend states even though it does not sound like me she does not want to take the risk because she believes so strongly in astrology, and the astrologist was adamant..

If you listen to recording you can hear astrologist back peddling when my girlfriend reacted in certain way and the astrologist would simply respond with yes he seems like that now but he is sneaky and will change...

I am not boo hooing I would like to know how I can have a case presented to sue a top name in a defamation suit...

The astrologist is a TV Radio personality..

Get a lawyer.

Invest $20K and three years.

Sue the bad people for defamation.

If you win, expect them to keep doing it.

If you lose, expect them to keep doing it.

Thanks I expected the find new girlfriend line which no one had to tell me that twice and off course I am now released back into the wild once more as nature intended...

I take note of the legal comments off course I originally posted because the recording showed spoken words that falsely and negatively reflected on my reputation, and just to add I all ready jumped in and said Boo Hoo before anyone else so I had dibs on that..

Thanks for your time guys just figured there might be something there because the person was in a position of responsibility and verbally spoke my name negatively and falsely made statements about me and against my reputation, causing a sequence of damaging events..

Unless this has been made public or has ridiculed you to your detriment in a public way. I do not think you have a case. (If I am wrong someone will come along and call me a ninny) you may want to consult someone however.
