What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
California.
Does a hyperlink to a website containing specific contact information satisfy a legal requirement for "specific contact information"?

I am trying to record a NOTICE PURSUANT TO CIVIL CODE SECTION 1098.5(B) PAYMENT OF TRANSFER FEE REQUIRED document in California.

One of the requirements to record according to 1098.5(b) is "The entity to which funds from the fee will be paid and specific contact information regarding where the funds are to be sent."

US Trust Services, LLC, is the entity to which funds will be directed.

Is US Trust Services, LLC website address considered "specific contact information"? If you visit the hyperlink, the specific contact information is displayed prominently at the top of the page. The recording office is telling me my document needs "specific contact information". I have not had any trouble recording the document in other counties. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
