What is the name of your state? Washington State

I have recorded my ex-husband and mine conversations with his permission, but because I have used it against him, he says I cant record the conversaions anymore.

My question is: If i notify him that I am recording and he says it's not ok, can I still record him becasue I notified him? I know WA laws state that I have to notify him, but it doesn't state anything about the other party not allowing the recording.

You need his permission.
