What is the name of your state? Louisiana

I know you are supposed to "record" an LLc in the parish (county) in which the LLC has immovable property. Record what? The certificate from the Secretary of State? The whole articles of incorporation? They charge by the page. Also, do you record in the mortgage or conveyance records?

Looks like it is a certified copy of the articles of organization recorded the conveyance records.

Ask the secretary of state's office for clarification.
