Am interested to know some information about the recoverable depreciation with reference to an insurance claim from the hurricane. We were paid a fair amount with a deduction for the recoverable depreciation. My question is: If I do not use the company I submitted the estimate for and I use a less expensive company to do the work, can I still recover the full amount of depreciation or....what percentage would I recover, if any...
Thank you...
