Salem, Oregon..... My husband and I helped his daughter out with some creditors and rent money upon the agreement she was going to start paying us back in July. SHe now hangs up on us when we call her and will not return any of our messages. I have cancelled checks that paid her deliquent accounts and rent. Some were made directly out to her. is this enough to take her to small claims court? She is currently working in a good job and makes enough money to pay us back. I want to garnish her wages to recover our losses. How do I start?
