I reworded the search to "Attorneys specializing in traffic tickets in California" and got 247 million hits.
But as California only has a population of 40 million somethings amiss.

Perhaps there is so much business there California imports attorneys from other states? I'm in Nevada and whenever I see someone make a bonehead move they have a Cali plate.
