I've heard that when you run a red light and one of those cameras gets your picture and you are then mailed the ticket that you don't have to pay it if they can't prove you were the driver. Is this true? Does this mean that if I start driving around with a gorilla mask that I wouldn't have to pay such tickets? (I know, this was taken from somebody's comedy routine, but I am rather curious about it)
