I live in Alabama. I recently bought a package off the 'net so that I could work at home. I ordered it because the ad claimed a money back guarantee if not satisfied and the product was returned in it's original packaging.Which I did.
The company that I bought it from has its "headquaters" in Canada. They now will not give me my money back because they say I didn't try their product before returning it. There information in the ad and the package information where two totally different things. I believe it to be misrepresented to consumers. Do I file a complaint with the USA Federal Trade Commission or do i have to contact some one in Canada?
There isn't alot of money involved but the principle is that the program is misrepresented. I do not want other people to get took also.

Your first step IS the FTC. Because it crosses international borders (theory), the FTC may need to contact the proper authorities in Canada.
