I ordered and paid (credit card) for a projector lamp online in April. The company cannot ship the item due to manufactoring delays. On June 9, I cancelled the order. How long legally do they have to process my refund?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

What did the company say when you asked all your questions?

They said they have to wait until the manufacturer gives them the credit before they could refund me. I pressed the cust serv rep for a specfic time, then I got bounced around to the manager who is of no help. Then to the Account payable voice mail which I left a detailed message. Given the experience with this company so far, I wouldn't expect a reply.

Don't spend you money with Projector Lamp Center. I should have checked them out before I ordered.
