I ordered something on the internet(3/19/07) after 6 weeks I asked them where is my order.they didn't have it in stock so I canceled my order.they sent me an e-mail that my status upgraded to refund.since then I try to contact them (e-mails,phone calls) because I didn't get my money back yet,but no one responded to them.I lost my patient and sent them an e-mail last Thursday stating that I'm gonna write to a national magazine about how they handle financial matters.By Thursday evening I got an e-mail,it said:my refund should be on my account by Friday morning.it's been a week and nothing happened,I didn't get my money back and they don't answer my e-mails or phone calls.what can I do now?I have waited for more than 3 months and nothing.
