I was working for an enployment agency and on the 25th of April I was injured on the job. I went to the medical facility that they sent me to. After three visits the doctor informed the agency that i was ok to work without restrictions. Last week I called the agency to inform that my injury was still not 100% recovered. They refused to give me medical treatment because according to them I could've been working somewhere else and injured myself there,But...... I did not work anywhere else so my questionis. Can they do this or is there something I can do legally?
