My brother and girlfriend were involved in a single vehicle MVA this weekend. He was the driver and refused a Blood Alcohol Test. We hear, that in PA, you lose your license for 1 year - automatically - for refusing. Is this the case? If so, is there anything we can do, as he is a mechanic with his state inspection license and will be out of work. Any insight/information would be greatly appreciated.
