regarding child support

What is the name of your state?TN. According to my CO my ex and I split the summer with a week our children are with me and with him the next week. During the summer the child support is to cease since we are splitting the summer up a week on a week off. My ex recently started having the child support (which I was not behind on) taken out of my paycheck because he was planning on moving out of state. The state was aware of the CO saying that child support cease during the summer months. However, they continued to take child support out of my paycheck during that time. I am not against paying child support. However, my ex knew that he was not to receive the child support. What do I do? The money taken out could have be used by me to take care of our children when they were with me during the summer. I am living month to month on what I make.
