Your worship,

I am in the process of seperation wife my wife who committed extreme infidelities. Before we got married my wife agreed to sign a contract stipulating that if we ever split up that I would be entitled to 50% of her total future assets and she decided how I could spend any funds. My wife is in the process of recieving a multi-million dollar settlement from a car accident in which she recived serious injuries and lost her fiancee. I had two witnesses sign the contract and it was dated with an execution date. I would like to know if this contract has any validity and if and when I should file a civil case through the court system. We went over the contract in elaborate detail several times before drafting the final document, and two of our friends signed the document as witnesses. I have lost economic value out of this marriage and your advice would help me in implementing solid debt reduction and prosperity. I would also like to compliment the effeciency of this service it is great for the citizenry as we are all shareholders of this country. I would like to know if the car settlement funds are of valid claim in this contract as it was mentioned in the outlining agreement.

Respectfully Submitted,

Kevin James Martin

My response to my "Minion":

Thirty lashes for failure to:

1. Tell us your State name; and,

2. Write the "contract" out so that we could make a determination, under your State laws, whether "if this contract has any validity and if and when [you] should file a civil case".

Further, you state that your "wife [] committed extreme infidelities . . ." In all of the 50 States, "extreme infidelities" can be a very good cause of action, but only if trampolenes, trapezes, and chains were involved.
