If you receive a settlement in a personal injury suit is your lawyer obligated to inform your health insurance company, and do you have to repay your health insurance for medical bills in Ohio?

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

You don't pay your insurance company for your medical bills. Having medical insurance doesn't preclude your recovery and it doesn't require you to pay them back.
