Purchased a Simmons mattress last April 04...due to defect in top cover..the company exchange with new one, about two months ago...this new one is starting to do the same thing..contacted place again and they said that their representive said to "upgrade" the mattress at my expense. The problem is that there is nothing under $1,000 and I bought this at a price I could afford and expected good quality. I told them that I didn't want to go any higher than what I paid for since last April and if they can't get me something that I would not be happy than I would like a refund. They said they couldn't do that. The other catch is that you have to purchase the foundation that comes with the mattress or warranty is voided. So I told them that if I did purchase a mattress if better go with the foundation that I already purchased from them and warranty will have to go with the mattress. Any suggestion? Thanks
