What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? UT

Finally 2 1/2 months after my accident worker's comp is getting around to asking for releases for my medical records for the past 10 years. I suppose it may have something to do with my doctor's recent request for an MRI. I'm totally fine with giving them access to what they need so I can get whatever I need taken care of and get back to work full time. My problem is that that the release they are asking me to sign requests ALL medical records and not just going back 10 years. When I switched doctors when I was 16 I had all of my medical records transferred to my new doctor who I saw until I left PA a few years ago. I have no intentions of releasing medical records going back to when I was a small child. Am I justified in requesting the paperwork be changed to state specifically that my doctor is to disclose all information about my medical care from September 5, 1999 forward to prevent them getting access to older information? If the case were to involve adjudication or permanent total claim at a later date I'd be happy to authorize an additional 5 years of medical records. I don't want to hold up my MRI but things like me having my tonsils out when I was 10 is frankly none of their business.
