Halloween is a time when I have always decorated out in the front of the building, just a couple scary scarecrows and some spider webs. Now the new tenant seems to veiw halloween as a religious pega holiday, unlike me, my belief is that it is just a comercial candy day to have some fun with you kids. We made paper machea heads for our scarecrows ,new tenant whines to office and now after years of decorating like the rest of the neighborhood, our props are to scary and they must go .

Well it is nice to know you all can lighten up a little,
a sense of humor is a good thing.....I'm just tired of this new tentant screwing with me. She has lied to put me in jail,she lives in this fantasy world where her and I are at constant combat as she relates it to the office, in turn I get threatened with eviction,when in fact I havent seen her over a month, havent talked to her in over three months. and now she is trying to cram her religion down my throat.I do the halloween thing for my 5yr old nephew, his dad is in prision for life. we moved him and his mom in next door so I can help her with him. what time I can spend with him I try to teach Him what is right and what is wrong.
Yet this broade keeps screwing with me indirectly, all the while blurring the lessons from my nephews point of veiw. I feel there most be some line in the sand. Dont i have the right to decorate, iknow it sounds like a petty thing to worry about but..... Ps. I 'm much funnier when i'm not typing.

Okay, all kidding aside, just what is it that you want to do? Are you just getting off some steam, or do you want to file a Complaint for Injunction, and/or a Petition for Restraining Order, and spend big bucks?

What, realistically, do you want to do, and how much are you willing to spend?

If you can't afford to exercise your rights, then what is it that you want from us that will give you the "magic wand" to make your building owner acquiesce, and your neighbor to leave you alone?

Just decorate your own apartment, your windows and anything else you lease and the hell with the building. If it ain't in the lease it ain't gonna fly.

And there's not a damn thing the landlord, your new tenant or anyone else can do unless your lease specifically forbids halloween decorations.

And as far as the steam goes yes to that also.
As far as what I want...I need to find out what opptions are avalable in a situtation like this naturally cost is a factor, I like things to be as cost efficent as possiable, and a defense case doesn't ever to seem to fit into that catagory.
I'm not sure an order of protection would apply here. In fact they just lost their bid to gain an order against me, (they being her and her mom). I would like to find out about the injuction process and function can you give me more info so that I could research my options.

Under-liar-ing issues this person has got to cease and desist, for some reason this women has made a hobby (the only one she has) out of doing what ever she can to create greif for me, I'm not sure why exactly, some people prevy to the ongoing adventure say "it's because she was jilted because i didnt notice she was demonstrating feelings for me early on when she first moved in, and now she's going to get her attention one way or another". Personaly I wish she would just get a life and stop poken at me, before I give her a level of attention that she probally would not care for. That is why I need a little school rocks rockin' the law............ if you know what I mean, fuction
of that mighty injuction down by the conjuction....
