I have an employee (Sally) who is very religious and she makes it known to other employees. The other day Sally commented on a baby's picture that was on an employees desk (Ann). Sally asked Ann if her and her husband had any other kids. Ann indicates that she has never been married. Sally then begins to lecture Ann that according to
the "church" you will go to hell if you
have a baby out of wedlock. As a manager
how should I approach Sally so she stops
lecturing to employees her religious beliefs?

While "Sally" is lecturing about reigion, who may I ask is tending to "Sally's" duties aroudn the workplace? Why not simply tewll Sally that personal discussions are to be held either during breaks, lunch or even after hours off company's property. This is within your realm as a manager, is it not, to keep employee's on task?
