Religious discussions with employees

I have an employee who initiates religious discussions with other employees, in spite of their objections. The employees are sometimes together in a vehicle and unable move to a separate location. What is the balance between one employee's right to religious freedom, vs. the other employee's right to a workplace free of harrassment and/or hostility?

My response:

Well, I certainly doubt that religious discussion can be termed "harrassment and/or hostility" - - bothersome, yes. However, all the other employees have to do is say "Stop, we do not wish to listen to, or enter into, conversation on religious matters." Or, simply, turn around and walk away.
