I have a sidewalk that provides access to two of my neighbor's front door. They have walked on my lawn, torn up the grass for plumbing, kids playing on the lawn. I would like to relocate the sidewalk 20 feet away from the end of my property boundaries. Pay for all the expense. Not prevent "right of access" only to relocate in same area and install fencing so that no one can walk on my lawn. I have done as extensive remodelling on my home and the neighbors have been very cruel. The one neighbor has caused my contractor to redo two jobs because they destroyed the work. What are my alternatives. There is no easement described in title only implied. It was built in 1961.

Thanks.
