My employer has a 12 month relocation repayment policy. I was asked to sign and submit a relocation agreement acknowledgement form. I did not sign or submit the form. My employer relocated me without the signed acknowledgement agreement. Am I required, by law, to repay relocation expenses if I self terminate within the 12 month period?

If you are asking whether a specific statute exists which mandates that you repay the location expenses under those circumstances, I'm not aware of one.

However, if your employer sues you to recover the expenses, I'm giving you 50/50 odds at best of prevailing.
