What is the name of your state? GA

I'm remarrying and I have a child from a previous marriage. By GA State law can anyone tell me if my fiance's assets or bank accounts could be seized by my ex for any reason in regards to me paying child support after we're married;or if joint accounts(mine & new wife's) could be? Also I know CA has laws that keeps a new spouse separate from calculating support.....is it the same in GA?

I would imagine so. Google GA CS law to find out for sure.

Generally, it is advisable for new spouses to keep their accounts and property separate from the CS-paying spouse.
