We recently hired a roofing company to remove our old roof and replace it with a new one. It's been over 2 weeks now, and the job is not completed. There was no time provision in our written proposal, (not a contract according to the roofer) but several of the delays are not due to weather. Are we entitled to some sort of discount and do we have pay immediately after completion or can we make him wait for his money as long as we have waited for our new roof? Thanks for your help! We live in Missouri.
