What is the name of your state? NJ
Thank you again: I've just registered for an appt. in my district office. If we are called for interview this time how much scrutiny does it involve?(the first one we've past with flying colors)

Much depends on what type of documentation you submitted with the I-751 application and how much of it you have submitted.

I've submitted evrything they've asked for: lease, bank statements(joint account), tax return, bills, insurance, etc. No request for additional info was mailed to me. I guess they've got what they need. I guess I just have to wait and see why there is such a hold up. Thank you

I've filed in March of 2006 - I've received a letter stating my status was extended for 1 year and if I won't hear from them within a year, call the district office. After that - nothing. This coming March will be a year. That's why I made an appt. in a district office b/c I def. need more info
