My son purchased a used mobile home from his landlord. He had been living on the lot in the trailer he bought paying lot rent of $100 per month for 4 years. No lease/rental agreement signed. Six months ago, he bought a new trailer and a lot, does not no longer live on previous property. His previous landlord still charges him rent of $100 per month because the trailer is still on her property, OK. He hired someone to remove the trailer from the previous landlords lot. The landlord will not allow this person to remove the trailer because he has previosly done damage to the property by removing a trailer. Currently no one lives in the trailer. The lot rent is too much for the size of the trailer. Everytime he tries to get free and clear of paying the lot rent, the landlord always throws up road blocks, seems to just be sticking him to pay for the lot rent. On 3 occasions he has given the trailer away, but something always happened, the landlord would not allow someone else to live there, or she would not allow someone else to remove the trailer so they never signed an agreement with him, saying they owned the trailer, so the trailer would always come back to his responsibility. This is in North Carolina.

Your son has just me the evil SUMBAG REDNECK LANDLORD FROM NORTH CAROLINA!

Rednecks are disgusting pigs, who will steal cheat lie, drink use drugs, and make things up out of thin air.

Because: Rednecks NEED that $100 a month for that purpose.

So does your son has a signed agreement that he purchased the trailer, and fully paid for it, then by law he can have it moved.

The landlord cannot stop him from having it removed... UNLESS your son is a cheap REDNECK too, and will not hire A Licensed, Bonded, Insured, Professional Moving Company!
