How would i go about getting the trustee of my college trust removed? i have reason to believe the trustee is taking money from the account for his own benefit, over the span of 6 years. and what is my legal recourse? can i press charges against the trustee if it is proven that money has been stolen?

**A: first read the lengthy trust documents then research the state trust and estate laws along with the college legal documents.
