I rent a property in northern Indiana. I have a renter that is back in ther rent of 350.00
dollars. Can I turn off their water to force them out? The water is pumped from my home.

Contact them about their late rent. If they do not pay in a given amount of time, you should get a notice of eviction. Contact your local court about how to do this. There will be forms to fill out and fill. They will need to be served with the notice and then if they do not pay the rent, they can be evicted. Every state has different landlord tenant laws. You might be able to find information at the local library.
