I have been living in a 2 bedroom apt in MD
My first year rent was 835.00.When I renewed
my 2nd year lease the rent increase $15 and
became 850.00.Now I am due for 3rd year lease. To my surprise i just got notice stating that if I renew the lease it would be
950.00 which is 100.00 increment per month.
So I went to talk to the people in the rental
office where i was told that the landlord
can increase your rent like that to any amount to adjust the market value.
