What is the legal limit for rental increases. My landlord wants to increase the rent 10%. Is this legal.

Unless you are in a rent controled city like New York City or some cities in california...

the landlord can charge anything they like even a 100% increase just to kick you out.

Just the facts of life.....so be a good boy/girl pay your rent on time be nice to the landlord and thank him for ONLY a 10% increase...others probably got more.
