Rent to own contracts

i am from oklahoma city, oklahoma. my husband and i are renting to own a few items. we called the company to pickup the items two days ago. they have not picked them up and we have heard nothing from the company. what are our options?

Rent to own

Send them written notice to pick up the items. Send it by certified mail, return receipt requested. That will probably get them to pick up the items. If not, it is proof that you asked them to pick up the items and so you do not have to pay the rental after that. Actually, you don’t have to pay rental for periods after the date you notified them to pick up the items.
