What is the name of your state? Alabama
I thought I was purchasing a house in AL 3 mos. ago. The seller said she would mail the bill of sale and armoritization statement. I refused to send another payment because as of 1-12-05 I still had not received anything. The original agreement was 11% interest for 17 yrs. When I told her the calculations were wrong for the amount I was paying each month, she came back with 12% interest and the remainder would be for the insurance. The whole deal has been lie after lie on her part. Do I have a chance in small claims court of getting my money back?

**A: you are buying a mobile home therefore such property is considered personal property and not real property or real estate. Therefore you have posting in the wrong forum.
