A hypotheical question. If a landlord makes, let's say, a one year rental agreement with a tenant and then sells the house, is the new owner obligated to abide by that agreement or can they evict the tenants?

Thanks for the advice!

**A: the new owner must honor the exisiting rental agreement and cannot just evict because of new ownerhip.
