Not to be misunderstood, I sent a corrected version of a rental agreement to new owner, it had to be corrected because the start date was wrong, no renumeration for lodging during fumigation, wanted my non distructive family pet gone, wanted me to mow and trim, it was included before,so on and so forth. haven't, after sending 3 reminders about new corrected rental agreement along with 3 timely rent checks i still have bupkis. please advise

You didn't say if the original rental agreement had been signed by both you and the landlord. If so, you cannot "correct" it without his acceptance.

If you two have never agreed on a new rental agreement, then the previous one has or will expire, and probably it defaults to a month-to-month agreement with all conditions the same, except for the term of the agreement.
