Florida. What are the landlords limitations on rental application questions? RE: Banking information- can you ask for account numbers and current balances?

Yes and in addition to bank account info, my application must be filled out with the applicants SSN, employment info for verification of employment record and rate of pay and last landlord info for reference check.
In addition, the applicant agrees to have a credit check run on them.
If the info is not filled out completely or is erroneous, the application is automatically denied.
