The home i have rented for 5 years in Massachusetts is being sold. In the past 3 weeks it has been shown about 20 times. Since we gave our 60 day notice , they fear the house might remain empty so they are showing it more and more. This is an inconvience and just yesterday there was a realtor from another agency with buyers at our door. I guess the original real estate agent left a message saying this guy was was coming, but I got the message after the fact.how much of this do I have to put up with? How often do I legally have to say yes to people coming in?

Well did you have a lease? If so you could have stayed untill it ended. LEGALLY!

You gave you notice and you will be inconvienenced, oh well, not a whole lot you can do,

Except, when you move out do a move out report, and of course the landlord will have to give you back your security...

Best advice::::: Keep in CLOSE touch with the brokers, IF the landlord has not given you back your security... find out when and where the closing is and SHOW UP....you have a legal right to attend the closing and present to the landlord any outstanding bills, and owing you the security is an outstanding bill, and they must setle this or the closing cannot take place...neat KEWL!
