I rented a house in Lawrenceville, GA at the end of October 2007. Shortly after I moved in, I realized the garage door didn't come with garage door openers and the door didn't open and shut correctly. I also noticed that the oven and stove did not work properly making cooking extremely difficult if not impossible. I have sent several written requests to have these problems fixed. Six and a half months later...nothing has been fixed. I need to know how to get these problems resolved.What is the name of your state?
