That is likely not going to happen but you are free to call around to the various rental car companies and ask.

I cannot imagine a rental company being willing to rent to someone with a conditional license at all, but if they did, I suspect that they would make you pay enormous daily insurance amounts.

I agree with PayrollHRGuy that you are unlikely to find a car rental agency willing to rent to you.

Why do you need to rent a car?

Your conditional license is highly restricted in its use. By the way, the form that you got from DMV (I think it may be a MV-693) that lists your employer info, school info, etc is as much a part of your license as the photo document. You MUST carry it with you at all times.

Violating the conditional license comes with severe penalties.
