renting your 1/3 of the property

I think i messed up I tried staying on the same pages, but it didnt work.. not sure how to stay on the same pages so you will know what i am talking about.

All the property is in all three of us kids name, my one brother lives in the house can I charge him and his girlfriend rent for living in my 1/3... if so what is the action taken.
