Injured back in fall on ice (city property) in 2/97 had workers comp case with chiropractic care until case closed 8/99. Board stated that all bills paid but no more treatment needed said to be "prior injury".Had MRI that showed bulging disks in two sections but back wasn't a problem prior to falling. Now bulging disks still causing problems, primary care physician states its due to prior condition... what if anything can be done? This was a case where I didn't lose time at work because of injury.
