What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Can the owner of a insurance agency tell his employes how to fill out the mitigation on an insurance quote to get the lowest premiums knowning that the mitigations are false? Also the same company owner is paying the employes commission only and non of the workers are licenced 440 or 220 agents but they are still binding and writing policies arent they suppose to be on an hourly or salary pay? How can I report him? I have questioned him about the falsifying mitigations and he told me that "thats not my problem, thats the inspectors problem because he signs off on the inspections" But that led me to believe that the owner of yhe insurance company knows what going on...what can i do to put a stop to to his posible fraud??

Can the owner of a insurance agency tell his employes how to fill out the mitigation on an insurance quote to get the lowest premiums knowning that the mitigations are false? Apparently, he already did. Also the same company owner is paying the employes commission only and non of the workers are licenced 440 or 220 agents but they are still binding and writing policies arent they suppose to be on an hourly or salary pay? Their commission cannot be tied to the policies they "write". How can I report him? Contact the Department of Insurance for your state. Notify them about the inspector as well.
