I paid an online company to repai my computer -the website advertises 6-10 day turnaround. I emailed the company on the 11th day and requested my laptop returned. In the email I included a request for the work order to be cancelled. The next day I received an email that it was being worked on and that someone would be contacting me shortly. I never received any phone calls only a followup email later that day that repairs had been completed and that it was being returned. Previously the company had responded to email inquiries about the status of my repairs, but did not when I asked for the order to be cancelled. Do I have to honoe the charge on my account?

If it was fixed to your satisfaction, then yes you must honor your agreement
to have it repaired; on the other hand, if it was not repaired to your
satisfaction, then, you must first make a good faith effort with the Computer
Repair Company before you try and dispute the charge with your Credit Card
Company!
