Massachusetts:
I traded my old car, a Subaru, for repairs on my new car, a BMW. The repairs were made. I have the receipt that says paid for via the Subaru. I could not find the original title, so I had to purchase a new one through the Mass RMV website. He is now saying I took too long to get the title (Which I now have) and he doesn't want to car anymore, he wants payment. Is he legally obligated to honor the deal? He's now saying that not only does he not want the car, he's going to start charging me storage fees (He has had the car in his possession the entire time). What can/should I do?
