We took our vehicle to a Kentucky dealership to have a clutch peddle problem diagnosed. We informed dealership we had and extended warranty and wanted to know if it was a covered part. We called daily to check on the vehicle and the answer we were given was that they were waiting on the part and then they would call the warranty company. A week and a day later they called and said the work is done, we owed $526.77 and the warranty would not cover the work. Do we have any recourse because we did not authorize the work to be done, we were waiting to see what the warranty company said, and then go from there.

What should we do.
