repairs not being fixed

I live in west virginia my landlord does not want to fix repairs to the apt. my tub has been broke for going on a month and a half. I have 2 bathrooms so I have a tub and shower that I can use. the tub that is broke is in the master bedroom it is the garden tub which lets me soke my back I am a disabled veteran. The other tub is to small for me to soke. what can i do!

He will not change....so suffer or move.
