We recently moved into a mobile Home Park and we are having problems with the electric. This is how it first started. My sister in law runs this park and it was up for sale well it was bought and new owners are no running it. Now when I contact the new owner and told her the problems she says she isnt responable to fix them. The trailor was given to us by the old owner and the new owner has gotten sercurity deposit from us and 1st months rent. Also a signed lease. No where in the lease it says we are responable for theis problem. The new owner says to me the trailor was supoosed to be moved out of the park agreement with the old owner (WRONG) I spoke to old owner he was paying lot rent until we moved in. No agreement was made. When we got into the place the plumbing went which we did fix our cost. Then we had to get the electric box on the pole fixed our cost which we did. Now we had the electrician come out again and now we have a break under ground because we arenot getting the proper amps in the second half of the home. Our hot water heater, micro wave, dryer doesnt heat up. The underground wire needs to be replaced and the new owner says it is our responsablity. the argument the new owner says well this trailor isnt even supposed to be there. Do I have to pay to have this fixed? Do I have the right to argue this with her?
