i rent a apartment in Arizona. Air conditioning went out 1 week ago. notified manager of needed repair last thursday. was told a repair man would be by on Monday the 14th. But if nothing was found to be wrong i would be responsible for service call. Repair guy came out and said a/c could not be repaired but needed to be replaced. Owners of complex are wanting a/c repaired. So now on wed (16th) another a/c service company will be out to look at and hopefully repair a/c. How long do i have to wait for the repairs to be done, and what can I do legally. I have been living with no a/c for about 1 week. and went out and bought some fans just to help it be more livable for my small children. Do i have any recourses.
